Kylie’s Confidence Closet: My Why

It’s been such a joy watching what God gently whispered to my heart a year ago come to life. What started as a small spark of hope has turned into something bigger than I ever imagined — a space where young moms can embrace their personal style, rediscover their confidence, and feel beautiful, valued, and uplifted.

When I became a mother at 18, my world shifted completely. I carried both the joy of motherhood and the weight of my past — growing up in an environment marked by pain and uncertainty. But even then, I knew God was planting seeds in my story that would one day bloom into purpose. He was taking what was meant to harm me and transforming it for good.

“You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done.”
Genesis 50:20

That verse has carried me through every season — the hard ones, the healing ones, and the hopeful ones. It’s the heart behind Kylie’s Confidence Closet: to remind women, especially young moms, that even in the middle of hardship, God sees you. He can turn brokenness into beauty, struggle into strength, and fear into faith.

Each event, each goodie bag, and each conversation with another woman reminds me of why I started. When I see a mom light up because she feels seen and celebrated — not for what she’s been through, but for who she’s becoming — I’m reminded that this mission matters.

I can’t say thank you enough to the incredible local businesses and women who have poured love, time, and generosity into this vision. You’ve helped create more than just an event — you’ve built a community of faith, strength, and confidence.

Until next year 🤍
Kylie
