I've been on a journey to get back on track with my eating habits, and I want to share some tools that have been my lifesavers along the way. If you’ve ever felt stuck in a rut when it comes to meal planning, you’re definitely not alone.

First off, let’s talk about creativity—or rather, my lack of it when it comes to food. I’ve always found it challenging to whip up meal ideas that excite me and nourish my body 👉🏼 that's where ChatGPT comes into play! 🤖✨

AI is fantastic tool at suggesting diverse, delicious meals that I’d never think to combine on my own. From breakfast to dinner, having these plans takes the guesswork out of what to eat. But creating meal plans is just part of my strategy. I'm also using the MyFitnessPal app to keep me accountable and for visibility. Logging my food has been a game changer. With MyFitnessPal, I can track everything I eat in real-time, which has opened my eyes to my eating patterns (especially seeing the macros on some of the shit I was eating before). Seeing the details of what I consume each day gives me the motivation to stay on track and make healthier choices.

It is SO user friendly and you can scan just about anything into the app and/or search for an item.

The accountability factor can’t be overstated. With MyFitnessPal, I hold myself accountable for my choices, which has made a significant difference in my journey. It’s empowering to see my progress! I love how both tools complement each other. ChatGPT helps me stay creative with my meals, while MyFitnessPal keeps me grounded in my approach. I’m developing healthier habits that I can maintain long-term.

I also LOVE that you can track your workouts/calorie burn, this is also another huge factor to have in your plan. I have an Oura ring and I am so bummed the two apps can’t link together, but you can go in and manually add in your workout!
